Dr. Manish Garg, MD, FACP, FASN
Founder of Nephrology Consultants, P.A., and Board-Certified Nephrologist
Dr. Manish Garg is a kidney disease specialist who completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center of Columbia University. He is certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine under the American Board, and is licensed to practice in Delaware and Maryland.
Dr. Garg received the Nephrology Young Investigator Forum award and the Chief Residents' award for excellence in Clinical Medicine. As a member of the American Society of Nephrology and the American College of Physicians, he participated in research as a Principal investigator and a Co-investigator in original and pharmaceutical research projects.
Dr. Garg is a member of several professional societies as well as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP).
Dr. Latoya Gayle, MD
Board Certified Nephrologist
Dr. Latoya Gayle completed her Internal Medicine Residency as a Chief Resident at Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC) at Englewood Health in New Jersey, and Fellowship in Nephrology at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center. She also completed the one-year Glomerular Disease Consortium Fellowship, and is licensed to practice in Delaware and Maryland.
Dr. Gayle was a recipient of the Chief Resident Award and the Hospital Medicine Award for Excellence in Internal Medicine. She was also a Kidney Stars Program awardee for Kidney Week 2019 from the American Society of Nephrology.
Apart from being Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) certified, Dr. Gayle has participated in numerous research investigations, written an editorial for Kidney News, is a reviewer for the journal 'Translational Research', served as a Fellow case report reviewer for the American Society of Nephrology’s Kidney Week 2022, and is a member of multiple professional Societies, including the American Society of Nephrology (ASN).
Dr. Jose Cabrales, MD
Board Certified Nephrologist
Dr. Cabrales completed his Internal Medicine training at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, a program affiliated to the Tufts University School of Medicine. He also completed his nephrology fellowship at Stanford University, and an advanced fellowship in glomerular diseases with the GlomCon program.
Dr. Cabrales was awarded the "Resident teaching award by the Tufts medical students" in 2020, and was a member of the American College of Physicians' Doctor's Dilemma team that won the state competition in Massachusetts in 2019. He later on competed, nationally representing the state of Massachusetts.
A participant and leader of several research projects during his training, Dr. Cabrales is a member of multiple societies, including the American Society of Nephrology and the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology.
Emmanuel Antonio, FNP-BC, APN
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
A certified nephrology nurse, Emmanuel Antonio finished his B.S. in Nursing (cum laude) and dual Master of Science in Nursing (Clinical Nurse Specialist Adult Health and Family Nurse Practitioner) from the University of Delaware. His postgraduate clinicals include both outpatient and hospital-based clinical training. He had served as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Emmanuel is licensed to practice in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
